Urgent! Preserving Risley Landing for Tomorrow

We are launching the Risley Landing Legal & Stewardship Fund to protect, defend, and maintain our historic property boundaries and green spaces. Use the button to make a donation and help us keep our riverfront intact. Any leftover funds will be used to preserve and sustain this local treasure.

Our Mission

The Oak Grove Garden Club is a nonprofit organization which received ownership of the historical Risley Landing site to develop and maintain a memorial garden. The site is an area treasure which the public is welcome to visit by attending our open garden events or by arrangement. As part of our mission, the club also sustains a scholarship for a horticultural student at Clackamas Community College.

How to Contribute Through our Events

Each year we receive generous donations from customers, neighbors, and members. We are very grateful for these. This help us with our mission of horticultural education and keeps our Gardens a place for all to enjoy for years to come.

Another way to support us is to attend our annual events: the Summer Wine Tasting, the Spring Plant Sale, and the Holiday Greens Marketplace (see our Special Events webpage). We also appreciate plant donations during April for the spring sale and fresh greens donations during November.

Monetary donations are always greatly appreciated. Please direct these donations to:
